Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Waabang.ai (“Waabang,” “the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Waabang.ai.

2. Description of Service

Waabang is an AI-powered platform that helps entrepreneurs discover, evaluate, and refine business ideas. Core features include:

• Idea Feed — a curated, scored feed of business opportunities that users can claim or pass on.
• Idea Review Service — submit your own business idea for a multi-model AI panel analysis.
• Refinement Tool — an interactive session to iterate on a reviewed idea.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Waabang. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or quarterly) from the date of purchase. One-time payments (Idea Review, Full Report Upgrade) are charged at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds

One-time Idea Review payments are non-refundable once your report has been generated. If a technical failure prevents delivery of a paid report, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will either re-deliver or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Price changes

We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before changing subscription prices. Price changes apply at your next renewal date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk.
• Use automated tools to create accounts, submit ideas, or interact with the Service in ways that circumvent usage limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AI-generated reports without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the business ideas and content you submit to Waabang. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display your content solely as necessary to deliver the Service to you (for example, to send your idea to AI models for analysis and to display the resulting report in your account).

We do not claim any ownership rights over your submitted ideas. We will not share your submitted ideas with other users or third parties except as required to operate the Service (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Waabang Content and Intellectual Property

The Waabang platform, its design, code, curated Idea Feed, AI-generated scoring methodology, and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licenced to Waabang.ai. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission.

AI-generated reports delivered to you as part of a paid service are licenced to you for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use (publishing, reselling, or redistributing reports) requires our written consent.

9. Idea Feed — Claims and Exclusivity

Claiming an idea in the Idea Feed saves it to your account and unlocks its full details. A claim is not an exclusive legal right to the idea; ideas may be claimed by multiple users subject to the tier-based caps described on our pricing page. Waabang makes no representations that a claimed idea is novel, patentable, or free from prior art.

10. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimer

Reports, scores, and recommendations generated by Waabang are produced by AI models and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional business advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any AI-generated content. Waabang makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waabang’s total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Waabang in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Waabang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Waabang harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately; clauses that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, indemnification) will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
